I'm not sure why, but I love it so much.
I don't know if it's because the book contains such epic quotes ever (e.g. 'Congratulations, you're a woman. NOW DIE.') or the sweetest teen relationship I've ever read, or if its just the storyline and how real the characters are.
Whenever I read, sometimes there are always these characters that don't speak to you because they are not believable at all. Not one bit.
This book, however, contains these teenagers with cancer and while I can't relate to the cancer situation, I can almost relate to the pain the teens are going through. I guess its also because the way John Green has written these characters, because I have to admit that he is a really good writer.
The book is sad and quite dark, in my opinion, but John Green puts just the right amount of humour in it that you can laugh while feel sad and wistful at the same time.
I really recommend this book to anyone out there right now, it is a truly touching book with real characters and a believable (although quite cliched) storyline.
