I Don't Want

It's weird, seeing how easily people change as they grow up? 

Some of them become so different... It truly amazes me. 

Here's the thing though: I don't want to change. 

I mean, okay, if I change for the better, that'd be fantastic but to be honest, every person I've seen change has changed for the worst. 

They've become more self-centered, selfish and I don't want that to be me. 

Our generation truly doesn't know how to appreciate the amazing things around them and today, my teacher really showed that to me. 

This video really means a lot and I think everyone should think about the things going around them, and stop being so self-centered. 

Appreciate the things around you. 

As you grow up, people need to mature. This really isn't showing right now, especially in this generation and I really do not want to be a part of this. 

I want to change and be that person who doesn't grow up to be a real jerk. 

Let's make a difference. Let us not grow up and become that disappointing generation that takes everything for granted. Let us be grateful for whatever we have and learn not to be... stupid.
