New Year & Haitus

Happy 2014!

I am putting a pause on Blogmas because I have a ton of work and assignments due so I will be blogging less. After I hand everything up, be rest assured I will work on this blog again!

Anyway, I'm just here for one last post before I take a little break from blogging.

It's a new year.
I know its very cliched to say this but this time, I do intend to stick to it:

New year, new me.

Why?

I'm turning 18. 18! EIGHTEEN.
Its such a huge change as I transition from teenager to adult-

*PAUSE: I JUST FOUND OUT THE NEWSROOM IS ENDING WITH SEASON THREE AND I AM INCREDIBLY UPSET RIGHT NOW LET'S TAKE A 5 MINUTE MOURNING BREAK*

Okay, I'm back from my mourning break.
Anyway, where was I?
Oh yes, 18.
I feel like previously, you would always say the 'new year, new me' statement but we've never really kept to that, have we? Now that I'm 18, I'm older (and hopefully wiser) and I can make smarter and better decisions. It's not going to be easy, so I'm writing it here in this blog to make it official.

I'm going to be a better daughter, a better friend, a better Christian, a better person.

I state it right here. It is now official.

Now I shall concentrate on my work.
